Accumulator Bladder
1. Product Application: Matched with bladder-type hydraulic accumulators to separate nitrogen from hydraulic media, realizing energy storage, shock absorption, pressure stabilization and emergency power supply.
2. Structural Form: Integral vulcanized one-piece structure, consisting of metal gas charging inserts, multi-layer composite rubber bladder and sealed bottom end to avoid bladder suction damage.
3. Material Classification:
- NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber): For general mineral hydraulic oil, operating temperature: -10℃ ~ 80℃
- HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber): For high-temperature and heavy-load hydraulic systems, operating temperature: -30℃ ~ 100℃
- FKM (Fluoroelastomer): For high-temperature environments and working conditions with corrosive phosphate ester fire-resistant oil, operating temperature: -20℃ ~ 150℃
- EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer): For water-glycol and emulsion media
4. Specification Range: Volume 0.4L ~ 160L, nominal pressure 10 ~ 63MPa. Compatible with national standard NXQ series and imported brand accumulators.
5. Performance Standards: Low gas permeability, resistance to oil swelling and repeated tensile tearing. Suitable for long-term high-frequency reciprocating operation of hydraulic equipment, reducing system vibration and pressure loss. The bladder can be replaced separately after failure to cut equipment maintenance costs.
