Accumulator Bladder Brief Introduction
The accumulator bladder is the core sealing elastic component of bladder-type hydraulic accumulators. It is integrally vulcanized and formed, equipped with an embedded metal charging base and a bottom poppet valve, which completely isolates nitrogen gas from hydraulic oil.
Manufactured from various rubber materials including NBR, HNBR, FKM and EPDM, it is compatible with multiple hydraulic media such as mineral oil, water-glycol and fire-resistant oil. It features wide temperature resistance, excellent flex fatigue resistance and low nitrogen permeability.
Energy storage and release are realized through the expansion and contraction of the bladder. Widely applied in hydraulic systems for pressure holding, shock absorption, pulsation elimination and emergency oil supply. Compatible with national standard NXQ series accumulators as well as domestic and foreign brands including Hydac and Parker. Available volumes range from 0.4L to 160L with complete pressure ratings. It serves as a reliable replacement for original bladders, featuring long service life and easy installation, disassembly and maintenance.
Technical Introduction of Accumulator Bladder

1. Product Application: Matched with bladder-type hydraulic accumulators to separate nitrogen from hydraulic media, realizing energy storage, shock absorption, pressure stabilization and emergency power supply.

2. Structural Form: Integral vulcanized one-piece structure, consisting of metal gas charging inserts, multi-layer composite rubber bladder and sealed bottom end to avoid bladder suction damage.

3. Material Classification:

  • NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber): For general mineral hydraulic oil, operating temperature: -10℃ ~ 80℃
  • HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber): For high-temperature and heavy-load hydraulic systems, operating temperature: -30℃ ~ 100℃
  • FKM (Fluoroelastomer): For high-temperature environments and working conditions with corrosive phosphate ester fire-resistant oil, operating temperature: -20℃ ~ 150℃
  • EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer): For water-glycol and emulsion media

4. Specification Range: Volume 0.4L ~ 160L, nominal pressure 10 ~ 63MPa. Compatible with national standard NXQ series and imported brand accumulators.

5. Performance Standards: Low gas permeability, resistance to oil swelling and repeated tensile tearing. Suitable for long-term high-frequency reciprocating operation of hydraulic equipment, reducing system vibration and pressure loss. The bladder can be replaced separately after failure to cut equipment maintenance costs.

6. Application Fields: Construction machinery, injection & die casting equipment, metallurgical rolling mills, wind power & marine equipment, machine tool hydraulic stations, port lifting machinery.
